24 Hour Notification Search

This dropdown is visible only on selecting County in the Filer Type dropdown. Click on the County drop-down list and select either All or specific County, to search for 24 Hour Notifications of Filers registered for the specific County/Local offices.

This dropdown is visible only on selecting a specific county in the County dropdown which has associated municipality. Click on the Municipality drop-down list and select either All or specific Municipality to search for 24 Hour Notifications of Filers registered for that specific Municipality offices.

This dropdown is enabled only on selecting value in the previous field. Click on Search By drop-down list and select either Filer ID, Candidate, Committee and Office to search for filers 24 Hour Notification.

This field is visible only on selecting Filer Id in the Search By drop-down list. Start entering the filer id in the Filer ID field. System list the available filer id as google list. User Must select the filer id from the google list to search for a filer’s 24 Hour Notifications. Based on value selected in the Filer ID field system displays the following fields:

• If entered Filer ID belongs to a committee, then system displays Committee(s) disabled field with value as “Committee Name - filer id” below Filer ID field.
• If entered Filer ID belongs to Non-Expenditure Committee, then System displays disabled Committee(s) field with value as “Committee name – Filer ID” and then disabled Candidate(s) field with the value as list of all ”Candidate Name – Filer ID” below the Filer ID field.
• If entered Filer ID belongs to candidate, then System displays disabled Candidate(s) field with the value as “Candidate Name – Filer ID” below the Filer ID field.
• If entered Filer ID belongs to candidate, who has authorized committee then system displays disabled Candidate(s) field with the value as “Candidate Name – Filer ID” and then Authorized Committee dropdown field with value as all the “Committee name – Filer ID” below the Filer ID field. User may click on Search Button or may select Committee Name and then click on Search Button. If committee name is selected then system changes the value in the Search By field to Committee and then displays Committee(s) and Candidate(s) (if any) fields.

This field is visible only on selecting Candidate in the Search By drop-down list. Start entering either first or last name of a candidate in the Candidate Name field. System list the available names as google list. User Must select the candidate name from the google list to search for a candidate’s 24 Hour Notifications. Based on value selected in the Candidate Name field system displays the following fields:

• If entered candidate does not authorized any committee then, on clicking Search button system displays candidate’s 24 Hour Notifications.
• If entered candidate has authorized committee then system displays Authorized Committee dropdown list with list of all committee(s) “Committee name – Filer ID” below the Candidate Name field. User may click on Search Button or may select Committee Name and then click on Search Button. If committee name is selected then system changes the value in the Search By field to Committee and then displays Committee(s) and Candidate(s) disabled fields.

This field is visible only on selecting Committee in the Search By drop-down list. Start entering committee name in the Committee Name field. System list the available names as google list. User Must select the name from the google list to search for a committee’s 24 Hour Notifications. Based on value selected in the Committee Name field system displays the following fields:

• If entered committee does not have any candidates then, on clicking Search button system displays committee’s 24 Hour Notifications.
• If entered committee has associated candidate then, system displays disabled Candidate(s) disabled dropdown list with list of all the candidates (s) “Candidate name Office – Filer ID” below the Committee Name field. User may click on Search Button to view the 24 Hour Notifications.

This field is visible only on selecting Office in the Search By drop-down list. Office will list as value in Search By list only if Filer Type is selected as either State or County. Click on Office dropdown list and select an office to search its 24 Hour Notifications.

This field is visible only on selecting an office which has associated District. Click on the District drop-down list and select either All or a specific District to search for the 24 Hour Notifications.

This list is visible only on selecting a value in the Office drop-down list. Select a value in the candidate/Committee dropdown list to search for its 24 Hour Notifications. Based on value selected in the Candidate/Committee field system displays the following fields:

• If selected name is a candidate name and does not authorized any committee then, on clicking Search button system displays candidate’s 24 Hour Notifications.
• If selected name is a candidate name and has authorized committee then system displays Authorized Committee dropdown list with list of all committee(s) “Committee name – Filer ID” below the Candidate Name field. User may click on Search Button or may select Committee Name and then click on Search Button. If committee name is selected then system changes the value in the Search By field to Committee and then displays Committee(s) and Candidate(s) disabled fields.
• If selected name is a committee name and does not have any candidates then, on clicking Search button system displays committee’s 24 Hour Notifications.
• If selected name is a committee name and has associated candidate then, system displays disabled Candidate(s) disabled dropdown list with list of all the candidates (s) “Candidate name Office – Filer ID” below the Committee Name field. User may click on Search Button to view the 24 Hour Notifications.

This list is visible only on selecting value in the previous field. Click on the Select Date drop-down list and select either Year to view 24 Hour Notifications filed for a particular year, or Date Range to view 24 Hour Notifications filed for date range specified.

This list is visible only if Year is selected in the Select Date field. Select a report year to view 24 Hour Notifications filed for that year.

Date From and Date To date picker field is visible only on selecting Date Range in the Select Date dropdown list. Enter date in the Date From and Date To field using calendar icon or type in a date using the MM/DD/YYYY format to search for filers registered within the entered date range.

This list is visible only if Date Range is selected in the Select Date field and this will be enabled only on focusing in the Date To field. Click on the Data Type drop-down list select Transaction to view 24 Hour Notification whose transaction date falls on selected Date Range or Year. Select Submitted to view 24 Hour Notification whose submitted date falls on the selected Date Range or Year.

Click on the Search button to execute the search once the values in the Filter fields are selected.

Click on the Clear button to reset the screen and start a new search.
