Contributions

This dropdown is visible only on selecting County in the Filer Type dropdown. Click on the County drop-down list and select either All or specific County, to search for Contributions of Filers registered for the specific County/Local offices.

This dropdown is visible only on selecting a specific county in the County dropdown which has associated municipality. Click on the Municipality drop-down list and select either All or specific Municipality to search for Contributions of Filers registered for that specific Municipality offices.

This dropdown is enabled only on selecting value in the previous field. Click on Search By drop-down list and select either Candidate, Committee, Contributor or Office to search for the filers Contributions.

This field is visible only on selecting Candidate in the Search By drop-down list. Enter Candidate Name to search for Contributions made to a specific Candidate.

This field is visible only if the entered Candidate Name has Authorized a committee to file contributions. User may select Authorized Committee to search for Contributions made by specific Committee.

This field is visible only on selecting Committee in the Search By drop-down list. Select either All or specific committee type to search for Contributions made for specific Committee type.

This field is visible only on selecting value in the Committee Type drop-down list. Enter Committee Name to search for Contributions made for specific Committee.

This field is visible only on selecting Contributor in the Search By drop-down list. Select either All or specific Contributor Type to search on for Contributions made for specific Contributor type.

This field is visible only on selecting value in the Contributor Type drop-down list. Enter Contributor Name to search on for Contributions made by a specific Contributor.

This field is visible only on selecting Office in the Search By drop-down list. Click on Office dropdown list and select an office to search its Contributions.

This field is visible only on selecting an office which has associated District. Click on the District drop-down list and select either All or a specific District to search for the Contributions.

This list is visible only on selecting a value in the Office drop-down list. Select a value in the candidate/Committee dropdown list to search for its Contributions. Based on value selected in the Candidate/Committee field system displays the following fields:

• If selected name is a candidate name and does not authorized any committee then, on clicking Search button system displays candidate’s contributions if filed.
• If selected name is a candidate name and has authorized committee then system displays Authorized Committee dropdown list with list of all committee(s) “Committee name – Filer ID” below the Candidate Name field. User may click on Search Button or may select Authorized Committee Name and then click on Search Button.
• If selected name is a committee name and does not have any candidates then, on clicking Search button system displays committee’s contributions if filed.

Amount Min is defaulted with 0.00. Enter a minimum Contribution amount to search on.

Amount Max is defaulted with 1000.00. Enter a maximum Contribution amount to search on.

This list is enabled only on selecting value in the previous field. Click on the Select Date drop-down and select either Year to search for contributions created/submitted in the specific year or select Date Range to search for date range.

This list is visible only on selecting Year from the Select Date drop-down list. Click on the Report Year drop-down and select a Year to search contributions.

Date From and Date To date picker field is visible only on selecting Date Range in the Select Date dropdown list. Enter date in the Date From and Date To field using calendar icon or type in a date using the MM/DD/YYYY format to search for contributions entered/submitted within date range.

Enter a starting range of Zip Code to search on.

Enter a ending Zip Code range to search on.

Click on the Search button to execute the search once the values in the Filter fields are selected.

Click on the Clear button to reset the screen and start a new search.
